1. Agreement to these terms

By using peoriahomeservices.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of the website; work we perform for you is also governed by the written estimate or agreement we provide for that job.

2. Free estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the information available at the time — what we can see, and what you tell us. If we discover additional work that was not visible or not described, we will stop, explain it and give you a revised price for your approval before continuing. We are never obliged to begin or complete work that you have not approved.

3. Scheduling and access

Appointment times are given in good faith and may be affected by weather, traffic, parts availability or an earlier job running long. We will contact you if we are running late. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, and to secure pets and clear valuables from the area.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. We accept cash, check and major credit cards. Returned checks and unpaid balances may incur reasonable fees permitted by law. Quoted prices may be adjusted only with your approval.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to request work at the property, that you will disclose any known hazards (including asbestos, mould, live wiring, gas leaks or prior unpermitted work), and that you will not ask us to perform work that is unsafe, unlawful or outside our scope.

6. Scope, licensing and referrals

Peoria Home Services is not a licensed contractor. We perform casual or minor work only, where the total contract price including labour, materials and all other items is under $1,000 and no building permit is required, as provided by A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14). We do not divide a larger project into smaller contracts to stay under that limit. Work that requires a building permit; work involving connecting to natural gas, propane or other fuel; fire-safety work; and electrical or other work the law reserves to a licensed trade is not performed by us — it is performed by, or referred to, a licensed Arizona contractor, who is responsible for their own work and pricing. We carry general liability insurance. You can verify any Arizona contractor at roc.az.gov.

7. Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our workmanship, tell us and we will return to assess it. This does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by others, misuse, or pre-existing conditions we did not work on. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this website, or out of work performed, is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or property damage caused by conditions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with reasonable notice. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another neighbor.

10. Website content and intellectual property

The content, design, text, logos and images on this site are owned by Peoria Home Services or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Photos, reviews and testimonials shown on this site may be illustrative examples until replaced with verified customer content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
