Peoria Home Services is owned and operated by Daniel Loisel in North Peoria, Arizona. We are a small, family-run outfit covering HVAC repair and maintenance, pressure washing and handyman work — the everyday repairs that keep a home running and that too many companies no longer want to take on.

Our story
Filling the gap the larger companies left behind
Most home service companies in the Valley are built around the big jobs — full system replacements, major remodels, high-ticket installs. That leaves a lot of homeowners stuck with a list of small things that never seem worth a truck roll: a door that will not latch, a fan that needs hanging, a driveway that needs washing.
That is the gap Peoria Home Services was created to fill. We take those jobs seriously, quote them honestly, and show up when we say we will. No minimum job size, no sales pitch, no pressure to replace something that just needs fixing.
We are based right here in North Peoria, which means we know the housing stock, the hard water, the monsoon season and the summer heat that punishes every AC unit in the neighborhood. It also means our reputation is local — and that is the best accountability there is.

Not a Licensed Contractor. Peoria Home Services is not a licensed Arizona contractor. Under A.R.S. § 32-1121(A)(14), we take on casual or minor work only where the total contract price, including labour, materials and all other items, is under $1,000 and no building permit is required. We do not split a larger project into smaller contracts to stay under that limit, and we do not take gas, electrical, fire-safety or permit-required work. Anything above the limit is referred to a licensed Arizona contractor. Daniel is working toward full ROC licensure.
