Bath Masters FAQ's
Q. We only have 1 bathroom in our home. Will we need to make special
arrangements during the remodeling process?
A. Usually No. All details will be arranged with you by Bath Masters during
the planning stage of your project before work begins. Our craftsmen always
leave their work area as clean as possible at the end of each work day. If
needed, we will reset your toilet each day for your use. If your remodeling
project includes installing a new bathtub or shower unit, in most cases we
can have it ready for use the next morning.
Q. I would like a complete bathroom remodel. Can you do a complete "down to
the bare studs" demolition?
A. Yes. In some cases, especially older homes, a complete remodel will
provide the best end result. We also have the capabilities to enlarge your
bathroom in certain situations. In the past we have even turned 2
back-to-back small bathrooms into 1 large bathroom! Our company specializes
in every type of bathroom project, whether your needs are a complete remodel
or something as simple as a installing a grab bar.
Q. Will you use materials provided or already purchased by us?
A. Yes. Although we cannot guarantee defects in customer provided materials,
we will guarantee our labor. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you do not "cut
corners" when choosing your fixtures/materials or for that matter.labor! The
2 most important rooms in your home regarding resale value are your bathroom
and kitchen. We have seen instances where a homeowner saved money on their
project and unfortunately by doing so, dramatically reduced the value of
their home.
Q. What is a bathtub liner, and how will it fit my bathtub?
A. The tub liner is made out of 1/4'' thick acrylic material. Our company
will measure your tub in 15 important areas, and take pictures of your tub.
The factory has over 800 bath tubs setting on their shelves. The factory
then pulls and uses your exact tub from the shelf as a mold to make the
acrylic a perfect fit to your bathtub.
Q. Can you provided safety modifications?
A. Yes. We are CAPS Certified (Certified Aging in Place) by the NAHB
(National Association of Home Builders). All safety modifications are
customized to our customers individual needs. For more information, click on
the Safety Bath section of our website.
Q. How do you charge?
A. On larger projects we provide you with a complete written estimate signed
by a company representative. Smaller jobs are completed on a time and
materials basis or a flat rate quote.
Q. Will you provide referrals?
A. Yes. Referrals are provided upon request, or you can view our Better
Business Bureau report at bbb.org.
